As much as I would've liked that, I doubt that's what it meant, I'm much more inclined to think it was intentional that they didn't end up having a kid in that au yet still lived up happily together despite the struggle that must've been for them.
But of course, it's up to interpretation. :)

The actual baby was not shown in the omegaverse story right? Yoonsung is preggo but baby wasnt there. I'm guessing when he peeked at that timeline, their baby wasnt born yet. For sure Hojin didnt have like the actual context of what's happening he is just seeing snippets of their lives.
