I’m assuming it’s a good feeling for him because of the fact that Slan feels anything towards him. He doesn’t care if he is feared because having Slan fear him is better than having him feel nothing at all. Not to mention how powerful it is to be feared. Sad to see that words that should have made him think about his behaviors only fed his ego and complex. I like this sort of villain because he’s realistic. There are so many people like him.
