To be fair, ML was constantly complaining about garam and how he wanted to screw him over, if anything I think it's nice that she's more worried about a gay guy she hardly knows getting hurt over her narcissistic fuckboi childhood friends situation.

I reread it and yeah no she doesn't gaf abt him, cus at first she believed and didn't react negatively until she found out garam is a guy. And yeah ML did say a bunch of stuff abt garam in the beginning but u can tell he's changed and truly loves that guy to death, garam is technically his first love cus he's never cared abt his past relationship until it came to garam and not js for the sex.
