probably loaded his earlier save so he only got memory up until that time. if this newer cassette is loaded/played he should be able to remember more (that if this new one is really yong tak's)
there’s this theory about each character having more than one casette, so he probably saved the most updated one and the last one they found is from a previous round he doesn’t remember
