The FL truly has no one to rely on and the only person that she genuinely could rely on and whom cared for her was her dead mother.
It's getting to the point where she's starting to develop Stockholm syndrome towards her killer, The man that murdered her 7 times in 7 different lifetimes and its so sad to see because she clearly suffered in 7 of those lifetimes even before he killed her.
I know the MLs going through it but that doesnt excuse his murderous rampage, It can explain WHY he chose to do what he did and what led up to it but that doesnt excuse that what he did was wrong and especially unjust to thoses that were innocent.
Even the woman from the same orphanage that managed to escape like him and experienced the same grief as him after losing her loved ones said herself that the ML was doing too much and that he's lost it.
Out of everyone in this, I personally feel that the FL is the most pitiful simply due to the fact that she felt so crushed to the point where she would rather seek love and validation from the man that constantly killed her. Even though she wasnt the one that abused him, and instead kept to herself, Dispised her own family just as much as the ML but never resorted to mass murdering them, Also lost the one person that genuinely loved and cared for her, Her mother. Yet she was targeted over and over again murdered by the same man throughout 7 different timelines, AND she has to help her murderer self regulate his emotions so that he won't tweak out and kill her again once he becomes an adult. like? It's so sad...
And yk that one timeline where she was being abused by her husband just to escape from the ML? The FL and ML being together reminds me of that timeline, Like he's no different from that abusive husband, The only difference is instead of punching her like that husband had done, ML killed her... multiple times... Way more extreme in my opinion. Plus I just cant feel the chemistry between the two, It feels forced, mainly from the FLs perspective since she was the most innocent. Like all she wants to do is survive so I guess to her that means getting with her abuser.
All in all this is a pretty sad story, Not romantic at all just very unfortunate and pretty pitiful. Bordering on needing a tragedy tag.
