Not yet since he still doesn't understand Dan and what position he's in making it difficult for him to have character development this fast. I'd say we'll need to read some more episodes in the future to see his slow development but I'm sure it won't happen this fast cuz he's in his chasing arc
It's a start since if compare 1st meeting vs 1st meet after months (now), he has changed.
Could consider as a character development no?
