    Genshin is actually almost double, at 0.6%. And iirc it has pity and a guarantee so it’s not really bad compared to 0.38..

    Realiatically, tbe chances of pulling a meta character or a spefific character that you need for team composition is significantly lower than 0.6, so it's misleading.

    i disagree with this a little , you'd save up for characters you need (you can pick and choose meta according to countless team comp guides out there for genshin) and if you're not chronically online to the point where you have everything 100% explored, archon quests done and events finished you can always grind for more primos. unless you're insanely unlucky, getting at least 1 5* every 1-3 months as f2p should be standard.
