i havent read the raws, but i think that they did have a sexual relationship. but i stg i hope it's just kissing and cuddling (〜￣△￣)〜

Yes, it was just kissing and a bit of cuddling, it was Richard who initiated them and Shou seemed uncomfortable doing it.
