Mangaka successfully communicated their message. Even if I’m sad, I still respect & appreciate this story

I’m actually very sad now. I know it wasn’t going to have the happiest of endings but really hoped it wouldn’t come to this. However that was the mangaka’s intent with this story so I’ll respect it. They succeeded in communicating that the industry is dark and tried to leave the reader with the message to push forward despite how dark life can get. They succeeded in leaving me feeling bittersweet, but now I’m in much need of a happy detox.

Maybe this is why so many people dislike it. It hits very close to reality that not every life we live is a happy ending. People want happy ending to satisfy themselves to escape from reality but sensei crushed it and showed us this which was a hit to both the heart and mind of readers (including me)

“Push forward despite how dark life can get” this is very true and a dark reality reminded for us that we have no choice but to move on because.. there is no happy ending in reality

Before anyone comes at me, yes it dark and edgy but if you see the working conditions in Japan and how brutal the entertainment industries are in that country, I think his message is pretty well received even if its negative opinions cuz like i said people want happy endings to escape reality

Yes, you are absolutely right. Personally, I am fond of happy endings, reality is already tragic enough. But I understand that this ending is definitely more captivating. I Need to smile, Now
