Why? He forced Ik-su into that relationship. He was rejected twice, but still pursued him.

im curious to know why... i dont think ik-su wants to be in a relationship with him, he just agreed - it's so incredibly obvious he's gay but he has no feelings towards his boyfriend bc he was pretty much forced into it
