Wha...? No? Which one? Case File Compendium, Remnants of Filth or ErHa? ErHa does have one of them inprisoning the other I guess, but that's how far the similarity goes, nothing else in common... And Case File Compendium... I guess I can see it with the psychological problems of the characters but that's... It's like saying stories that share a genre and tropes are similar with totally differents ways of portraying them... The more I think about it the more similarities I see, but quality is absolutely different. Another whole level. Tjis can't compare to Meatbun's storytelling and character development, not even getting into plot (really, if you read Meatbun's novels you're in for a series of twiste, turns and worlbuilding totally worth all the pain).

not rly. i only read erha, but basically the MC misunderstands his teacher due to situational factors and develops a deep grudge, then imprisons him after getting cursed to be evil basically. & the main plot begins when the MC gets a second chance at life to redeem himself & be nice to the ML (his teacher)
