1. Muwan develops feelings after not right away. At first he was uncomfy to have a lookalike close but Wujis circumstances force him to keep Wujin close.
2. Yes he is uncomfy bcs he thinks he is the reason his ex died and Wujin reminds him of his mistake.
3. It is not clear at what point his feelings change. In the end Muwan tells Wujin he started loving him when he saw Wujin with his friend. Kinda like jealousy was what alerted him for the love. The transition happens naturally it seems.
4. When he accepted Wujin it wasnt bcs of his ex. But he didn't put a name on it bcs wasn't fully reassured if it was the right thing to do. The way I see it he was really empathic towards Wujin and just wanted to make him feel good. It was Wujin desire and his persistence that obliged Muwan.
5. I think he genuinely feels for Wujin, otherwise he would still be getting those flashbacks. Flashbacks were just in the beginning.
6. I don't think he was trying to get over his ex in the traditional sense of the word. He was trying to get himself together more to stop the trauma by forgiving himself and trying to forget the past. He kinda found solace at Wujin who loved him despite everything. They said they saved each other.
7. He doesn't picture his ex on Wujin when they sleep together. Actually in mature sidestories we see he was very careful always when they slept together kinda bcs he became paranoid after their first time when they did it and he was drunk thinking he hurt Wojin. So he was always thinking for Wojin.
8. He was talking for their first time together and generally for the beginning of the relationship. Muwan keeps accusing himself for being selfish bcs he thinks it was selfish to be with Wujin and accept his love when he himself wasn't at his 100% or at his best state of being to give back the same love.
9. It was one of the reasons. The fact that Junhee has all against him about their relationship is sth that kight cause problems. They can't date again nevertheless bcs Muwan loves Muji and he says it.
10. When he talks about choices he actually says that he didn't expect that he would be choosing. Thinking that his ex was dead he didn't think that the situation would come to drawing a firm line between his ex and Wujin. But the thing unfolded that way so he made his choice.
11. He said that bcs at that point he had an outlet how to fix himself, how to get over the trauma. Having the real source there, tangible he shouldn't act selfish and keep Wojin close. Here it was his principles speaking and he trying to suppress his feelings. Even the whole awkwardness afterwards between them two is a sign he should fix things with his past before hurting any more on Wojin.
12. Actually you just needed to ask one question "Was this whole story a rebound story that turned into love?" And the answer is ofc no. Muwan was always conflicted abt letting Wojin close. He knew it was wrong to use Wojin when he was in that state. But the times he was warm were bcs Wojin situation was one that awakened compassion to any person who is empathic by nature (Muwan was very much so, and the whole duality, like him appearing aloof and stuff, is to make the character appealing). So Muwan kept Wojin close more for Wojin sake, to "save him". Meanwhile he noticed Wojin developed feelings for him. Now this is a point of discussion bcs it could very well be just a "suspension bridge effect". But anyway you focused on Muwan. When he noticed the whole feelings he kinda naturally let himself in. Like surrended to the situation. Muwan was a person who needed love and Wojin had much to give. But considering Wojin situation he didn't put a lable on it bcs he was mature enough to still think firstly about Wojin (in mature sidestories we see that he still doesn't like to introduce Wojin as his lover, considering his status, this would make others to diminish Wojin value, as in fact happens, so he's all abt protecting Wojin). His ex return put the lid on everything bcs reassured both of them that Muwan feelings were real. Even cleated the doubts Muwan had with himself, like him thinking all this was his selfishness to get over his past and trauma. In the end they came clean with each other. Wojin also made his choice to stick by Muwan. And thats all. Muwan was a green flag.

lol i didn't expect someone to answer but thankyou for answering. i admit i may have been short sighted while reading this before bc muwan kept making choices that's hurting both of them. tho i already knew he's a green flag, i didnt see him as red at all. anyway, abt my 12th question, so the whole "wuyi being ex substitute" is a lie and muwan was just tempted/ gave in to wuyi's love for him bc that's what he need that time, thus the reason why he made up that lie? but it was very convincing in earlier chaps that wuyi's just clearly an ex sub that turned into real love. then maybe the author felt it was dragged on for too long so they decided to drop the bomb: "muwan's actually getting over his ex so wuyi being ex substitute is just a lie" to not complicate things further. this is what i got after reading allat but well, many days have passed and they're happy in side stories so im ok now

Lol tbh i was wondering if I should read this manhwa. I saw your comment and got intrigued. So I actually read it keeping your questions in mind. Lol. I just love to discuss stories and different perspectives that's why it was no problem for me to respond. This was a very short story and I also think the author didn't want to drag much and cut it short in the end, which I appreciate lol. I highly suggest you read Swapping of Chapaeli. I'm reading it and I'm obsessed. That story really works your brain. Lol.
1. did muwan develop feelings for wuyi as wuyi or is it bc he's juhee lookalike?
2. does muwan not like wuyi at first bc he's juhee lookalike or bc he reminds him of juhee & his feels for him?
3. does wuyi really remind muwan of his ex the whole time or is it just that one time when he got wasted? if he does, what about the times where muwan helped with wuyi's situation?
4. if muwan started to get the feels for wuyi at the time he mentioned, why did he agree for wuyi to be juhee stand-in? is it bc he still didn't realize his feelings that time, thinking he still feels for juhee; or is he dishonest/in denial but wants to be with wuyi bc he unknowingly fell for him and this is the perfect excuse to hold onto him; or is it bc he really is a juhee lookalike at that time (means he sees his ex instead of wuyi when they make out)?
5. but muwan said he began to fell for wuyi that time, so is the reason why everytime they met after that arrangement of them as "stand-in lovers" where muwan would immediately kiss and corner wuyi is bc he genuinely feels for wuyi and wants to do that with wuyi or bc he's a juhee lookalike (means he sees his ex instead of wuyi when they make out)?
6. also, why juhee stand-in if muwan was actually trying to get over juhee? i dont think being with someone that reminds them of their ex is a proper way to get over them, unless they're still clinging onto them subc. or is he just playing along with wuyi, tempted, and found this as a perfect and justifiable reason to be with him?
7. i know i already asked this again and again in different sentence structures but is muwan and wuyi's makeiut sessions genuinely contains muwan with wuyi and not with juhee in muwan's mind or is it the other way around, since he kept saying he used wuyi as his ex's replacement?
8. what does muwan mean about using wuyi as ex's replacement? is it when he got wasted and did their first deed, or is it abt the whole time they're together? if it's the latter then i, as a reader, didn't sense and it was never shown that wuyi is just a replacement ever since they became pretend-lovers, making that label pointless. or did the point went over my head?
9. when muwan rejected juhee, he said if they date again, they'll suffer and be hurt abt the same thing again. does this imply that if that obstacle is resolved, it's possible for them to date again, but bc that obstacle is still there and always be there, it makes wuyi the better choice? or am i oa and muwan just genuinely loves wuyi now, thus his end of choice?
10. also, why is muwan making choices in the first place if he already loves wuyi and was already trying to get over juhee? is their meeting really just for proper closure or is it to get back together but bc muwan realized his feelings for wuyi mid-meetings, he backed down and chose wuyi? or is this misinterpretation and muwan is really on set abt ending things with juhee?
11. but why did muwan want to end things with wuyi after knowing that juhee is alive? is it bc he wants to get back with juhee or is it bc it's unnecessary since the real ex is alive? but that doesn't explain his later explanations and behaviors. or is it bc wuyi is not a stand-in for him anymore, or he realized this is all bs and wants to reset their relationship, or he just wants to stop their relationship altogether?
12. is it just me or did the whole wuyi as ex's replacement became bull when muwan said he was "actually trying to get over juhee even before meeting wuyi" like why did you enter thus relationship if you're trying to get over him?
i want ask more but im running out of words (ಥ◡ಥ)
