Yeah, same here. I think it’s because there was a gap waiting for the next chapter, so we got a bit distracted. That’s probably why the whole rape thing got overlooked. Now that I reread it, the rape was really out of place and was literally for no reasons, not to mention he never even properly apologized to the uke. Even that blonde guy who acts as the second director of the hospital (Can't remember his name sorry), said that his action was a crime, and that it got nothing to do with his species. He did that purely out of his own volition, and the uke was also kind of a pushover :'> He also forgave a thief simply because he wanted to be nice :)
Maybe it's because the story was too short, and there isn't enough time to elaborate the whole situation, and yes, if the brother knew that his own brother was raped, it's definitely not gonna end up this pretty :'>
But I reread it and lowered that shit real. The rape was so unnecessary??? There was so many other ways to add to the plot like even just the maul would’ve been enough but then tear his ass as well???? And as much as I like Kyo there’s a line between naivety and being stupid, and imo forgiving the dude was fucking stupid. Y’all best believe that if the brother knew what actually happened we would’ve turned ballistic
