yes, its important on the emotional level between skylar and cirrus only, but bringing it up for the disciplinary action case made absolutely no sense. the teacher had no physical evidence (the video proof he has was basically an eyewitness atp, since the manager never provided him an actual copy of the tape), and it had nothing to do with any of the parents there. it makes no sense to constantly bring it up, especially since the teacher felt like he came out of nowhere. felt like the author just wanted to self insert themselves as a guardian figure to help her own characters or some shit
I have to disagree because to me it actually made sense .
Disciplinary action: to me it also made sense because if Cirrus kept getting the fault for both incidents - conviene store and Dongsik - he would have had to really go abroad. This way the fault is evenly distributed and they both have learnt something from it.
Also regarding the video footage: we are not 100% sure if Prof Lee couldn’t have insisted about it because in the end end Prof Lee gave Skylar the option to be true to himself and admit his fault bc he already knew that Cirrus had taken all the blame.
If Prof Lee insisted he could have gotten the footage.
Prof Lee since S1 has been looking over Skylar and also over Cirrus so it’s not really out of nowhere him being a guardian in this sense.
am i the only one who doesnt understand why the store fight was SO damn important?
it happened off school campus, there was literally no follow up with the purple haired kid who actually got hit, and as far as the school is concerned, it literally never happened due to no video camera proof. its all hearsay, and the teacher cannot prove what he saw since the owner refuses to meet him again.
i dont understand why it was such a huge plot point for the ending. cirrus' toxicness felt extremely forced and un-fleshed out, unlike the beginning where it felt everything he did had multiple layers.
also skylar waiting outside his house was cringe af, and a threat to the property in the maids/butlers pov, since theres no way to confirm if hes there to steal from cirrus, if hes actually a friend, etc. in no world should skylar be able to just stand all day everyday outside a very wealthy persons house like that.
all in all, s1 was the peak of the story. much like a majority of stories, due to all the mystery and excitement in figuring out plot points.
