Who we talking about, Raon or Garon? Both love the MC in their own way and both are obsessed. Though Raon is less so obsessed. He won't do more than kissing since he knows about the poison and he ends up letting the MC go back to Garon (after another reuniting and kidnapping though) Garon knows about the poison and the antidote, but still is with the MC and refuses to take the antidote by any force. Make of that what you will.

I don't like either trust raon bc no man is so good and attentive etc etc as him without them doing it for an ulterior motive, and I KNOW that garon is really bad and mean and and has a loose screw, but the difference is that he never hid it SOOOOO I hope my pretty boy comes back to him soon and hopefully without dying
