Many people criticize the FL for leaving, but do you remember the clause in their contract? It was only valid until the ML’s curse was lifted. The FL left him because she was terminally ill and didn’t want to burden him with her death, even though they genuinely loved each other.

I understand why the employees might condemn the FL for leaving, especially since the ML was the one who suffered the most because of the curse. It’s natural for them to feel protective of him after everything he went through and to question why he would take back the woman who left him during such a difficult time. But let’s not forget that the FL didn’t leave out of selfishness. She thought she was going to die and didn’t want the ML to suffer even more because of her.

When she later found out she wasn’t going to die, she decided to return and start over. However, rumors spread that the Count wanted revenge for his severed hand, and another rumor falsely claimed the ML was looking for her to kill her because she ran away. These rumors, combined with manipulation from Doha, made the FL terrified and unsure of what to do.

Despite everything, the FL left a letter for the ML, hoping he would find her, because deep down, she didn’t believe the rumors that he wanted to kill her. Both the ML and FL suffered greatly due to misunderstandings. If the ML is willing to forgive her and move forward, shouldn’t the employees respect his choice? Their reconciliation could finally bring peace and healing for everyone.

YES! they're so ungrateful to the point that they even step over their master. If they trully want their master to be happy, it's more make sense to me that they keep fl on watch to make sure she never try to run away again.

Finally someone with common sense. It’s not even just the staff hating her it’s even some people reading hating her and I’m confused as to why. Like the girl literally never did anything wrong. She didn’t lead anyone on, or intentionally hurt anyone. She fulfilled her part of the contract, and ended up falling in love in the process, but knew she was dying so she didn’t want to see the one she loved suffer by watching her die. This whole thing started off as a contract between the two of them though so she honestly had no obligation to tell anyone she was dying at first and even when she fell in love with him they still just had a CONTRACT, but for some reason when misunderstandings come about if the woman isn’t direct people always hate her
