Idk where they got that from but from what I've read (novel) angwha was in some sort of leadership role, they remained close but not in a relationship close. Ice girl was not mentioned either. This was when after he became the demon lord. Comments mentioned there was no female lead.

What happened to demon lord daddy?
I'm not 100% certain what happened to him because I started skimming it at some point but it was mentioned that he didn't properly handle the cult and was letting corruption run rampant so he was, in one way or another, gotten rid of by who and how I don't know. The MC as the demon lord doesn't have the same grace, elegance, rizz, and maturity as the current demon lord though. He's just the same as he is now and will be.
The side stories is all about the current demon lord and how he got to where he is
