Yes, the BBQ restaurant coworker is nice and covered for her so she can meet Taeha outside. But they look similar, so it can be easy to get confused. While, The flower shop coworker is being mean since long time ago.

I think some people confuse the nosy coworker with another coworker. I forgot which job, but Haesoo has another coworker who is nice to her, she almost has the same style (dark hair ponytail iirc) so maybe people get confuse.
