I haven't read it but I've been spoiled about the plot. Basically, no.
SPOILER:
The ML is still an asshole to Kim Dan (mc) and Dan eventually leaves after paying his debt. Apparently, in season 2, the ML starts his "chasing arc," but it ends with Kim Dan falling into water and the ML saving him from drowning. I don't rlly know if I'd call that getting "better," but the drama's definitely there
but imo, in any other manhwa written by the wrong author, ennid would have woken up mid rape. thank christ this story is actually written well
