Oh well

People are being way too harsh with their comments. You don't have to like everything the author does, but keep your remarks decent?

I like Doyeon as a character, so it saddens me to say I think the author really did him and the whole story's development a disservice by the way they structured and paced the episodes in this season. It went from a really promising opportunity to understand Daehyung's past relationships and approach to love, Yiyoung's sincerity and commitment to show him that it's not just a temporary experience for him and how to figure out what kind of relationship they both want to be in from then on -> to something that felt just dragging and lost its meaning and purpose in relevance to the rest of the plot.

I hope they can come back with a clearer goal and better execution in the next season, I'm not giving up on them!!

Author went with absurdity to add comedy but it so unnecessary and cheapens the characters and plot. I was a similar thought toward Doyeon as I genuinely like his character and thought the author was truly adding some realism to their story of a gay character navigating a lived experience of actual gay men having feelings towards a “straight” love interest but I clearly forgot what genre I’m reading in having an sort of high expectations. Fool me one shame on me…

It felt very disconnected. There was plenty of comedy in the past seasons, but it was contributing to the tone of the story without detracting from cohesion and flow of the plot which centers around the romantic development and shenanigans of the 2 MCs.
Anyway, thanks for saying something actually reasonable, it's really disheartening to see how ppl trash-talk abt it instead of saying they don't like something (esp when most of them haven't ever paid for a single episode). I wish more official platforms allowed comments, since they're usually far more respectful when sharing their opinions there
