Muhyeok doesn't know Hajeong is HIS Hajeong at this point, so he wouldn't feel hurt about Hajeong not recognizing him... but I could see Ha Seonghan being hurt after all they've been through...

Yes!! Also, it makes me wonder if he (Ha Seonghan) had anything to do with Hajeong's revival and transmigration since he seems to be the only one who knows Hajeong's back/in a new body!

The guy who just visited Hajeong by his hospital bed while giving blood... could that be his old lover/partner Ha Seonghan who died 9 years ago? Did he also transmigrate? He flinched (felt like it stung) when Hajeong asked who he was...
