Why do i feel like the grandpa's gonna die anyways?

Same but I feel like he exit will be more like the grandpa finding out that his grandson is extending his life and tell him he needs to let go and move on

He's lived through a lot for a long time, having a failing body is hard in your late years. I hope he finds rest peacefully
