[Edit]: I went to go look up the name of the Manhwa I was talking about and accidentally pressed post. The rest of my comment will be below... sorry
... "Isn't Being a Wicked Woman Much Better?" but I've read a bunch of others. I search a lot for this but so many of them just nevermention it, or fill on don't even have a summary, so that makes it difficult. I've read the 50 Teas one, the Stationary Store one, Tyrants Only Perfumer, a new one that I LOVE is called "I Don't Know The Original, I'm Too Busy Trying To Make A Living", and I've read... well, if I keep going, we'll be here all day.
If you're up for helping (please don't feel any obligation, my excitement is sometimes seen by others as pressure, and I don't want to come across as pushy at all) and you'd rather I list everything over you listing a bunch of stuff I've likely already read, I'm happy to do so. I just didn't want to take up your whole wall unnecessarily.

Thank you so much. I put the ones I hadn't found yet, in my To Read pile! I'd already read a bunch of the recommended, and added all but 3 to my To Read already. Matriarch is another that is super clues to what I'm looking for.
My perfect, most ideal scenario:
Poor/orphaned MC from our world who knows a story she absolutely adores, inside and out, dies young from an illness/isekai truck and is transported into that favorite world of hers, as some kind of underdog. MC uses what very little money she has to open a shop of some kind, and uses art/crafts/baking/cooking/writing/etc. to gain wealth and status.
She befriends her favorite characters and eventually falls in love with either her favorite character of the whole thing, or meets a new dude to fall in love with. I also enjoy when the character completely revamps the status and reputation of the character she possessed, along with her status and living situation. I also love when a character everyone is supposed to love turns out to be evil and it's up to MC to expose them.
I know there are many that fit similar models that I've already read, but few of them have their MCs actually create the things themselves, like the one where the woman makes themore current scalpel... I love that one a lot though because she can go in and design anything she saw even for a second in her past life. I gravitate towards that idea specifically, mostly because I watch a lot of videos that show people how to make all kinds of things, and it would be an ultimate cheat if I were to ever have such a skill lol.
I'm looking for something kinda specificand because you have clearly read even more than I have (huge feat, congrats! ) Iwas wondering if I could ask for your help. I have been looking for awhile for any Manhwa where a woman gets transmigrated into a book/game/her own past/just something where she can tell the future really, and she uses that knowledge to make things that she can better the world with. My favorite of this, currently, is the "Wicked Woman" one
