I saw someone else say a theory similar that maybe their real body type is different compared to the dream. I don't remember the details but it sounded a bit far fetched but maybe they were actually right(?) I would have to look in the raws but all ik is that in the latest scene in the newest translated chapter he is very skinny (and honestly, maybe a bit underweight. Maybe not for Korean standards though) which is kind of sad to think about
It's chaotic cuz webtoons don't draw their builds to match their lifestyle. A random salary man who explicitly says he's never worked out a day in his life will be absolutely ripped in the bedroom cuz of the coveted "Top" title. A street fighter with a bottomless pit stomache would be drawn with no muscles cuz he's the uke. I think this webtoon artist is gonna do the same in dream and when it happens. It's hard to draw diff body types
Yes!! I hate when this happens.
Maybe it's because I'm interested in the human body (artistically, I like to draw anatomy and learn it, etc) fitness also takes place in that as well. Like for example which sports you part take in will heavily impact your body type and where the muscles strengthen over time. So for example a professional ballet dancer will have a different body type than someone who does gymnastics or aerobics
It just feels a bit iffy when it comes to weird anatomy (in general not this one specifically), however if the author wanted to play it off as their physical growth being stunted because of the time freeze for 300 years, then I wouldn't have any complaints because it's an explanation
Now why the hell did they draw the MC as a soft bodied twink when he's supposed to be fit with war scars all over. I really admired seeing that he trains so diligently everyday, because it made the fact he didn't lose his edge even more believable. What the hell man, where are the scars he had all over his legs like chapter 10!?? I wanted him to be shaped like a runner of something so bad
