There's so many holes left in the story. I read it, hoping my views on it would change but it hasn't. And no. I could never make peace with them stripping Yeon-woo of his balls. Like seriously... narratively, what was the point? Medically, it's not as passive as having a third nipple. He would need hormone replacement therapy for the rest of his life. Depending on the genetic abnormality, he wouldn't even have a fully formed penis. He does. Fine. It's possible, but he wouldn't be able to get an erection without the hrt. There could have been an incredible story including that struggle, but instead it feels like a rug pull to make him a typical "female with a penis" that BL does. Let's not add in the character assassination of Shin in the last few chapters with his hella inappropriate treatment of a seriously injured and retraumatized person. Then there's everything else- does stepmom get arrested for conspiracy for assisting her son in the kidnapping of Yeon-woo. Does the dad have any accountability? Does Shin take over the family's business? Do things get better between him and grandpa? Yeon-woo and his family... Their response to all of this? Handled better, this could have been a great story. It's sad the ball was dropped like this.
