There might be more angst in the future since the whole supernatural thing of that evil spirit is still unresolved but even if the author pulls some memory loss/curse bullshit, it won't be the regret arc that everyone hopes for. At least that's what I think.

because there are 66 raw chapters and by chapter 66 they are having sex. Also, they got back together. A regret arc usually happens between uke being hurt and getting back together but we're past that obviously. Unless there is another hurt/regret arc, this is it

Ir you want to be optimistic, then, you can hope for more plot development after this but for sure, they get back together soon. By the end of chapter 66, seme's uncle reminds him about the evil spirit thing so that might be the next focus in the plot. But I doubt that people who are hoping for a regret arc are going to get their wish unless this evil spirit makes uke lose his memories or hate the seme and seme has to make up for the shit he did.

This won't satisfy you. Basically, there is no major regret or chasing arc. They'll get back together pretty soon and the asshole won't grovel at all. In chapter 62, seme almost sleeps with someone else and in chapter 64, uke is like "you played with me. I won't chase you anymore" and seme is like "shut up. You still like me" then seme says the weakest shittiest I love you ever and uke is like "let me forget everything and dump the remainder of my self esteem and jump back to the arms of this guy who will definitely abuse me again". Yay!
