I feel like some of you guys are just happy using the ML’s existence to explain the FL’s losing streak. They’re rarely spending time together; he has nothing to do with why her brother is winning. The prince always planned to attack the ML regardless of their relationship. He tried it before he even knew they might have a thing and he’s just trying it again because the Duke faction are in his way to the throne.
The truth is the FL simply is not as smart as she was in the beginning. The reason for that is simple: the past has changed too much, she cannot prevent things she’s never experienced before. She can barely think ahead. Personally, there’s no way I would know how devious my brother is, and not have people follow his people to prevent something as obvious as what just happened. She probably would be more alert if she didn’t spend so much of her time pretending she doesn’t need the Svenbach family’s help. My question is, what exactly was she doing in the four months where nothing happened?? Why would she not think that her brother would pull some bullshxt just as the delegation who’s clearly on the side of the Svenbach is about to leave??? The ML is not nerfing her. She’s just not as bright as we first believed she was.
I hope he has some magic power or something. Like the divine power she thinks he lost, I hope it shows up now.
