In original novel didn't they ran away? They ran away but later still got caught, she got kidnapped by the emperor then her father became the emperor's slave.
I understand your sentiment but they really do need world peace for this daddy-daughter duo to live because as long as the emperor is around, they ain't safe.
dropped this at chapter 5 bro nobody gaf abt world peace just live with your dad I don't like how he has to return to the battlefield after everything, I mean he got sm trauma js for his daughter to make him go back. I hate it when mcs do dumb stuff just to keep the plot going, honestly I would've preferred a plot where she did ran away with her dad and he trains her himself and boom when she's older she kinda leaves
