This is a very cute story.

But i think it shouldn't include serious plot if it can't let go of the characters acting dumb and naive.

you'd think formula for a fluffy cute story is dumb and naive characters but then you give them an environment with societal issues. this contrast just feel painful to me.

i wish it's just a slice of life story with a run away princess becoming a witch in the neighboring country and being marginally misunderstood, then after helping the citizen she's become the town's hero, the news travel and the prince/royalty wanted her back, but she was protected by the city lord, they fell in love get married and had magical kids and pets, then they build school for magicians children so they'll no longer be misunderstood. everyone is happy. generic but it's enough as long as it's fluffy, not a mix of things.
