Please help me find this BL!!

The manga starts in the present were the mc meets ml(?) with his wife. Ml is happy to see him blablah , turns out mc had unrequited love . He always had a crush on the ml and it goes on a flash back , when he saw ml and his wife kiss on the beach on a class field trip I believe. And then we see the ml's flash back . Apparently he liked mc back . When he went to the beach to confess to mc , but he threw up for some reason and his wife back then soothed him and he grew feelings for her I think . Then towards the end , mc leaves the dinner he was having with the ml and his wife, the ml asked for his contact info . I only remember this much , some missing info here and there .
