Technically yes but it feels so slow paced like now he became a vampire and you’d think we’d see him and mc start diving more into their romantic relationship but no he’s mentally a kid again and that just stumps the progress us readers thought we were going to get and it makes you wonder if they’re just going to pull a bromance on you.
Personally, there is not one drop of romance in this manga lmao. It's just homoeroticism which doesn't mean something is boys love = romance between men
