What's the summery.?

Kinda hard to explain but:

•New guy (REALLY CURIOUS DUDE) likes mysterious/popular person (we don't even know their gender or if they're human)
•mysterious person takes interest in new guy and tells him "if u don't become a monster after 1 yr, I'll tell u wtv u wanna know about me"
•There's school mysterious/ghost stuff, and new guy tries to explore them with the guidance of mystery person


Spoiler ish:
(really, it's more like mystery person keeps saving new guy right before he gets killed by these ghost, new dude is the cat that got killed by curiosity but keeps surviving)
