Pretty sure, he a) just doesn't really understand emotions and b) doesn't seem to have that many of his own and the ones he does have, seem pretty dull. Normally I'd say, he's a psychopath, but it's probably related to whatever it is, that makes him similar to the Rotten lol. Maybe he is patient zero. Or he was always something more than human and they experimented on him and that's how they got to how their world is rn for them. Anyway, Won's probably the start of all of it, willingly or unwillingly.
