The crown prince loves her but in his own garbage way. The first choice in his mind is his country, not his love. So the result. He will try to marry her, but she won't love him anymore (who will, if there's a whole team of hotter guys around) and will dump his ass hard.
And for the elves she will be the first choice always. She will marry them (yeah, those marriage ceremony chapters were eghrmmmm *hot*. They will ALL need to make love with her at least once each "husband", and that process will take days).
Eventually she will cross the vortex with them to their homeland to cure their tree. (Not the end of the story, vut that's all I remember).

Tbh I normally don’t like multiple lovers things BUT I’m okay with this this girl been through EVERYTHING taken away from her home and forced to heal people by cutting herself. And then the guy she loves is gonna marry someone else ect and she’s treated shitty by everyone but the elves(〜￣△￣)〜
