Unless I missed something in previous chapters none of the recent few have shown that the mother has an issue with Ein. I mean she lets her daughter visit house Chad all the time and it says she waited years til the point the daughter was past marrying age before she pressured her. My guess is one or more of three things is going on.
1) Ein has made it clear he’s not looking for marriage up to this point so he may not be among the nobles putting themselves out there as available.
2) It could also be Ein being of higher rank makes it so they can’t propose marriage to him. Either due to etiquette or because the house isn’t powerful enough to make a valid partner (I mean most nobles are not marrying for love)
3) I believe the mother previously asked if she had romantic feelings for Ein (if I’m remembering right) and at the time the daughter very firmly stated she didn’t and they were strictly friends and she had no interest in anything else

Omg thank you your answer is very thorough, most likely it's the second reason.
And it's my bad, I just went back to chapter 127 and on panels 23 and 24 this point was mentioned and I misunderstood it. When she was screaming at her daughter saying that none of the candidates fits the conditions that Karina set. In her inner thoughts, Ein came to her mind, and the word '' Except'' mislead me she meant Except for Ein, none of the candidates fits the conditions of Karina. And I thought it was :'' you can pick any candidate '' Except'' for Ein
So if it wasn' t for your comment, I would have still think that the mother is against Ein
I wanna know why is she against Ein as a husband candidate for her daughter
