Minato isn't underage, he's in university. When that escort guy met Minato, they were both on campus (the escort guy told Kagami he might've met Minato on campus, and there's a panel that shows the word university cut off). He is not of legal drinking age, so I'm assuming he's probably 18-20 (idk what the legal drinking age is in Japan). I wouldn't say Kagami is a pedophile, but he's definitely a groomer with the way he treats Minato. No decent, righ-thinking mature adult would date a minor. It doesn't matter whether they are 30 or 22. You'll understand when you reach this age how wrong it is.
