i def agree with your points here. it was a cute story in all, but was definitely rushed and lacked alot of depth and flavour. even i, who has no knowledge in the health field, thought it was quite absurd that the mc was able to do a whole diagnosis in that span of time. could’ve been executed a whole lot better, but oh well
I know I'll probably get hate for this, but everything about this manga was a cringe fest. The characters had no depth despite their supposed sad back stories. The mc was shown way to overpowered in the starting which I don't find plausible considering his background as a med student. There were medical inaccuracies, like the scene where the mc diagnosed someone with a tension pneumothorax off the bad and performed the emergency decompression. Like no one just develop a tension pneumothorax suddenly without a serious background lung disease which the mc would be unaware about. And how did he even diagnose the pneumothorax?? He didn't even have a steth.
And why didn't the mc refuse the whole blood transfusion more vehemently despite knowing the risks associated with it if performed unnecessarily?
There was also zero chemistry between the mc and the ml. Absolutely zero. Nada.
The only interesting character in the manhwa was the vampire, Rachel and we were not given any lore about her despite the fact that she in surprisingly able to maintain her consciousness even after becoming a vampire as well lead other vampires.
