guys idk.. i kinda liked to story and the plot.. like the whole aspect of the ml and his trauma was new for me and as well as his relationship with rose it was something more complexed than any of these comments are really acknowledging. rose was his first love yes but it wasn’t love they both admit that though they loved each other in the beginning it wasn’t true honest love it was more of a toxic codependency. i don’t really have a problem with her ending up with the ml in the end. i do wish it was more fleshed out it felt very much rushed. especially the ml just out of the blue saying he loves her. and for everyone saying that the side couple didn’t contribute to the story. your wrong. like the whole point was for her to 1. get revenge on rose and 2. have her sister live a happy life. it also ties into the fact her sister is aware of their past so then she struggles with her guilt not wanting to fall in love because she feels she’s unworthy. then she finally finds that person who makes her feel loved and she’s able to let go of her past and live in the present. though i don’t agree with all the things the ml it seemed to me the author wanted to relay the message of forgetting one’s past in order to move on in the present or not forgiving but accepting. because i don’t believe the fl forgave the ml for what he did in the past but she does accept that it is the past and this is a different life and chose to accept what that new life is giving her. as well as bro didn’t really do much to her in this life that is be against them? like in other stories they have the fl transmigrate back and the ml is terrible to them and she still ends up with him?? but like this one (not saying it’s okay) but he really seemed to try to be on her good side.
