I just reread the snow scene I mentioned and I’m so fucking mad. Like the ml really did not deserve a happy ending. What he did was just pure evil like how can you just leave him in that state on the fucking ground like that. IM SO DONE

I just wished the mc didn’t like the ml as much as he does. Because truly some of the things the ml did to him is unforgivable and pure evil. Like after raping the mc, the ml just left in the cold for god knows how long is pure evil. Like bro was passed out and his body is weak yet the ml still left him there just for himself to go back to his fucking palace to sleep in a warm bed. Like gtfooooo I was so mad. I wish the ml suffered a lot more given the shit he put the mc through. Although I sympathize with the mc, it does feel like his love for the ml is too extreme. Because no one deserves to be treated like shit I don’t care if he’s the fucking emperor he can be god and thats just unforgivable imo.
Part of me also wished it took a different direction where the mc actually falls in love with the second lead. It really pisses me the fuck off when there is a second lead that stands no chance. ESPECIALLY when they treat the mc so good. Like I want mc and second lead to be together where the first ml realizes his feelings but it’s too late. That’ll be a much more satisfying ending in my eyes. Sadly, thats never the case but I guess they’re happy together now.
