i also got mine when i was 17,
each country has it's own laws about when you can get a driver's license so it is not that weird
in our country, at (least) 16 y/o they can get their own student driver's permit but under the supervision of a licensed driver
in my country you can drive at 16 (even without a supervisor).
In my country you can get them when you're 17
Why did he have driver licence if he's underage??
