futanari applies to both men and women so long as they have a mix of both male and female sex organs. futa means “two” and nari means “figure,” so someone with both male and female "figures."
I would say it'd just be a single sex characteristic person idk if there's a word for it to put into a category or do you mean it being the other way round? Since futanari is the word for hermaphroditism, futa could refer to both men and women.
