I dunno, I bet it would be pretty cushty. Marry him in name only basically. Be queen, maybe have an heir, don't bother him and live a great life as far as possible from him! Only be a problem if she had feelings for him and tried to push out the mc. Maybe that will be a plot that we get, but a sensible woman of the time, would marry him, be queen and have a lover.
I pity whoever be his wife. Not only he will never love her.. he also will makes her lifes miserable.. its like his majesty is a living curse to whoever near him lol
