It makes sense that beings with superpowers would suffer recoil after using said powers. The existence of guides is what stabilizes them and negates that recoil.

Idk how everyone is so confused but the concept is so simple. Kranke can only be treated by Artz, Normals can be treated by regular meds and SPARINGLY Artz, Artz are immune to everything. However, if a normal birth a Artz, they can never be treated by them again, thus his mom passing. What is so confusing about this?? And tbh, I think this is a better verse then Cake or even Guide, tho Guide is very similar
