It IS realistic, but I don’t like it, bc well, it’s sad. And I don’t read fiction stories to be reminded of harsh reality most of the time, or feel bad. But that’s just me. I don’t like endings where they die or don’t end up together (unless one or both are utter shit to each other)
I actually love sad endings, especially when they’re both alive and they just simply don’t work out because even though it is sad, it’s realistic, and not everyone ends up with the person you want. Honestly, I would love more manga/manhwa where the fl/mc end up with someone else and has a bittersweet ending like La La Land.
