No i think that is not the actual scenario here. He hired a contractor to kill the look alike. WHY? hiring a killer to end his lovers life- i don't think it's a normal relationship so i don't see a reason why it would hurt him
Unless we get some back story in the next chapters
I kinda feel bad like damn you look like my past lover and seeing you look like him and also be kinda in a relationship with someone else must be very hurtful
