I think the author did this as a last ditch effort to avoid getting axed by shonenjump
it's so stupid that companies like that are pedophiles and perverts, this is why I try to avoid Japanese manga, or at least those being produced by Shonen Jump.
Like I understand her maybe wanting to be in a relationship with her brother due to back then royal stuff but this whole arc of her becoming sexually I guess attracted to the MC is weird and just destroys her future character.. because this is obviously some type of fan service as there are better ways of doing this to make it more story like instead of just rape...
