People have different boundaries. Some people could appreciate a STRANGER'S pity and care, while obv some won't.
I agree he isn't an asshole though what he said to him was fucked up and not okay at all, in no way am I defending him but i do feel for him because when you're a teenage boy that lost his family and is struggling so bad to the point of suicide it's normal to do things and say things that you don't mean or regret because you can't think straight I think people that go straight to calling him an asshole aren't thinking about that.
People who say that hes an asshole is saintly as a teen huh. hes a grieving teenager, and you know what teenagers is best at? Being an asshole, especially to an unsolicited reaction.
