Idk where this author got this info from, but it's literally the other way around.. there's literally a thing in Korea, where they ask "ur from the Philippines right?" As a way to insult u for ur appearance being told ur formed Malaysia, Philippines, India, or other asian countries(EXCLUDING japan and China. But a lot of them hate Chinese tho...
