wasn't it like the caretaker of the children or so as well. WAIT wasn't it the mom of lu feng??? i read the novel some time ago so I'm not 100% sure but yeah there was this garden place with kids and women taking care of them. they got infected, but little mushroom can't get infected.

But yes caretaker of the children. But the infection was bought in by 1 kid at first and that's how it spreaded to all the other kids and the people.
