I live in still pretty Homophobic country so I know how frustrating it is. The only difference is ppl have at least some say in what laws we have to obey. If there is some ridiculous law that says anyone who loves the same sex will be punished then I'm sure most ppl will go crazy. Sadly China is one of the extreme countries when it comes to homosexuality

Yeah, sadly from county to county, you could have the same dumb laws against people, but by habitus one people will ignore it, while in the other county the law will be enforced as written, it really depends on what the culture is like and what people are used to, but either way IT SUCKS.
